It appears Tom Brady really is gonna go through with this TV thing, and as a result, the NFL on FOX will have a new look in 2024.
FOX signed Brady to a massive 10-year contract worth a reported $375 million, and the 2024 season will mark the in-booth debut for the seven-time Super Bowl champion. FOX already announced Brady's Week 1 assignment -- he'll be in Cleveland for the Browns-Cowboys game -- and as if there was any doubt, the network confirmed Tuesday what just about everyone suspected: the future Hall of Famer is part of the network's No. 1 broadcast team.
Brady got top billing in the network's press release, and he'll unsurprisingly share the broadcast booth with longtime play-by-play man Kevin Burkhardt who has been anchoring the No. 1 team on FOX since Joe Buck and Troy Aikman left for ESPN. Erin Andrews and Tom Rinaldi will both remain on that top unit as sideline reporters.
The odd man out, as expected, is Greg Olsen. The former Pro Bowl tight end is a rising star and really impressed in 2023 alongside Burkhardt in the No. 1 FOX booth. He'll have the chance to put forth a very good product in 2024, too, as he'll work alongside Joe Davis, who has also flourished since Buck's departure. Davis is best known as the voice of MLB on FOX, but his NFL work is also respected. Veteran sideline reporter Pam Oliver rounds out that team in her 30th season with the network.
