Tom Caron, Naoko Funayama Tied for Lead After First Week of Pigskin Pick 'Em The first week of the NFL season saw a fair amount of upsets and that was certainly evident in the first week of NESN.com's Pigskin Pick 'Em.

After the first week, however, it is Tom Caron and Naoko Funayama who have jumped out to an early lead after posting 3-2 records with identical picks for the weeks.

It wasn't an easy week for the pigskin prognosticators, as two games completely fooled all of the NESN personalities.

While nobody had the Redskins defeating the Cowboys in Donovan McNabb's debut, the real surprise came in the week's finale, the late edition of Monday Night Football when the Kansas City Chiefs (with old friends Charlie Weis, Romeo Crennel and Matt Cassel) held on to beat the San Diego Chargers.

NESN.com readers had identical picks to TC and Naoko on their way to a 3-2 record as well.

Uri Berenguer, Jerry Remy and Kathryn Tappen all posted 2-3 records, and Heidi Watney came in last for the week with a 1-4 record.
