Stephon Marbury Statue Unveiled in China, Dennis Rodman on Hand to Make Dedication (Photos)

Stephon Marbury never seemed destined for much more than mockery stateside, but his fortunes have changed since heading overseas.

Marbury has been a star in China, where he led the Beijing Ducks to the Chinese Basketball Association title in March.

In honor of Marbury's role in the championship, the three-time all-star in the Chinese league has been given a bronze statue in his likeness.

The work was unveiled yesterday, and Marbury took to Twitter to show photos of the event and thank fans and God.

Dennis Rodman was also on hand for the dedication of the statue.
