Ryan Dempster Would Be Shepherd If He Wasn’t a Pitcher, Claims George Carlin Is Still Alive (Video)

Ryan Dempster is known around Major League Baseball as a jokester. His Harry Caray impression, for instance, is pretty well-known and popular, and it tends to follow him wherever he goes.

Dempster will be bringing that humor to Boston, as the right-hander was introduced as the newest member of the Red Sox on Wednesday afternoon. As part of his introduction to his new city and team, Dempster took a little time to answer some questions from the folks at RedSox.com.

The finished product, as you might expect, was pretty entertaining.

Check it out in the video below.

Aetna Strikeouts for A Cause

For every strikeout by a Red Sox pitcher at Fenway Park in June, Aetna will donate $250 to Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program. Through June 25, the donation mark stands at $30,000.

Through their continued efforts in the local community, Aetna is helping to build a healthier world -- one city and one strikeout at a time.
