LeBron James can relate to Will Smith.
James, who grew up without a father, said last year that his difficult childhood shaped the man he has since become. For that, the four-time NBA MVP is grateful, though certain occurrences still evoke emotions.
James posted a series of videos on his Instagram account Monday. They capture a scene from “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” in which Smith’s character breaks down over his father’s unwillingness to be part of his life. The scene really hits home for James, who noted in one of the captions that he still sheds tears every time the episode airs.
