Devon Still and his 4-year-old daughter Leah captured the nation back in September when the Cincinnati Bengals signed him to their practice squad after cutting him so he’d retain his health insurance to cover Leah’s cancer treatments.

On Tuesday, the defensive tackle had great news.

Initial scans came back negative for any signs of the disease in Leah, who was diagnosed with stage 4 pediatric cancer in June. Still posted the update to Instagram, along with a photo of them looking downright elated.

As Still says in his post, Leah still has to wait on the results of an MRI and a bone biopsy before she officially can be declared cancer-free, but things certainly are looking up.
