All it took was a hard line drive and a lucky bounce to get the normally not-so-fleet-footed Allen Craig around the bases.

The Boston Red Sox outfielder hit a stand-up, inside-the-park home run in the bottom of the fourth inning Wednesday to get the home team on the board against the Toronto Blue Jays. Craig smacked a liner toward the right field corner, where it caromed off the wall and headed for center.

What’s more, right fielder Jose Bautista slipped as he tried to collect the ball, giving Craig some extra time to head home.

The home run was Craig’s second of spring training.
