How did David Ortiz celebrate his 500th career home run? With a cake shaped like a cellphone, of course.
Ortiz tweeted a photo Sunday of the gift given to him by Boston Red Sox teammate Hanley Ramirez one day after his historic home run cleared the outfield wall at Tropicana Field.

Ortiz, who has 34 homers this season to lead all Red Sox hitters, was not in the lineup Sunday as Boston closed out its three-game series with the Tampa Bay Rays.
