The NFL said it destroyed the tapes from the New England Patriots that were involved in the Spygate investigation, but one person still has a copy.
FOX Sports NFL reporter Jay Glazer said on the network’s pre-game show Sunday that he has a Spygate tape, and that Congress made a strong effort to obtain it, even threatening him with jail time.
Arlen Specter, the former U.S. senator from Pennsylvania, criticized the NFL for its handling of Spygate and wanted an investigation. It never happened.
Glazer said his tape lasts about 20 minutes.
