Miesha Tate suffered a broken nose and lost her bantamweight title at UFC 200 to Amanda Nunes last weekend.

If all of that wasn’t bad enough, it gets worse for Tate.

She was one of several fighters to receive a medical suspension as a result of injuries from UFC 200 competition, the Nevada Athletic Commission announced Tuesday, via Sherdog.

According to Sherdog’s report, Tate “must have broken nose cleared by doctor or no contest for 185 days; minimum suspension 60 days with no contact for 45 days.”

So, that means a potential Tate-Nunes rematch will have to wait, possibly up to six months and into 2017.

Nunes could defend her title against other top challengers in the women’s division while Tate recovers. Potential title bouts featuring former champions Holly Holm and Ronda Rousey would create an exciting card.

Either way, don’t expect to see Tate back in the Octagon for at least two months.
