Comcast and the Red Sox announced Wednesday that they've partnered to create "Red Sox On Demand," a feature giving the company's 2.3 million New England digital cable subscribers around-the-clock access to an enormous library of exclusive Red Sox content at no additional charge.
With a couple of simple remote clicks, you'll have access to episodes of Red Sox Report in both English and Spanish, 50-plus years worth of Red Sox season recaps (hello, Jim Rice! … above, circa 1986) and pieces focusing on the highlights of the Sox' farm system.

“Our fans have told us that while they can’t get enough Red Sox
programming, sometimes their schedules don’t allow them to catch all
their favorite team shows and features on the original air dates," says
Sam Kennedy, Red Sox executive vice president and chief sales
and marketing officer. "Now with Red Sox On Demand, our fans can watch
the Red Sox program they want when they want it."
But a quick spoiler alert of sorts: If you happen to find yourself
watching a recap of the 1986 season, I'd suggest switching back over to
cribbage before the bottom of the 10th in Game 6 against the Mets.
