Glen Davis Ready to Celebrate With 'Who Dat' Nation Who dat Big Baby at the Saints’ victory parade?

Apparently, it might actually be Celtics forward Glen Davis. According to ESPN.com, Davis will be attending the Saints’ Super Bowl parade on Tuesday while the Celtics are in New Orleans to face the Hornets on Wednesday.

The C’s were originally scheduled to fly into the Big Easy on Tuesday afternoon after practice, but with the championship parade essentially shutting down the entire city, they decided to depart Boston earlier in the day.

That’s perfectly fine with Davis, a Louisiana native, who will stay in the state throughout the All-Star break.

“I’ll be down there [Tuesday], celebrate a little more,” Davis told the Web site after the Celtics’ practice on Monday. “I’ll stay there over the break and celebrate even more.”

Even though Davis wants to be thought of as more mature, asking fans and media alike to drop the nickname “Big Baby,” the former LSU star was positively giddy following the Saints’ Super Bowl victory. According to ESPN.com, Davis emerged from the training room on Monday by shouting a celebratory “Who dat!?” to the media personnel in attendance.

Watching the Super Bowl may have added one more Celtic to the Saints bandwagon as Rajon Rondo, too, plans to attend the parade with Davis. He may even be a part of the festivities.

“I’ll probably be at the parade myself. I look forward to going down there,” Rondo told ESPN.com. “I know a couple guys on the team, we’ll see. … I can’t really say [which float he’ll be on] because I don’t know if I’m supposed to be on a float. But maybe I’ll have a hat on. It may be a Celtics hat, it might be a Saints hat.”
