Send NESN.com Bruins Reporter Doug Flynn Questions for His Weekly Mailbag The Bruins have just a handful of games left in the regular season, but there's still plenty to be decided before the playoffs open.

Boston clinched the Northeast Division crown with a 3-2 win over Atlanta on Saturday. That guarantees the Bruins home ice in the opening round and no worse than the third seed in the East, but they could move up even higher with a strong finish in the final few games.

That quest will have to be balanced with setting the team up for a long playoff run by getting some regulars a little rest and making sure others see some action, so that they are ready if needed in the postseason.

With the playoffs almost here, there's sure to be plenty of questions about how the Bruins may fare, how they match up against potential opponents, and which players will have to deliver big performances to make this a long postseason run for the club.

NESN.com Bruins reporter Douglas Flynn is here to answer those and any other questions you may have about the team as the Bruins gear up for the most exciting time of the year — the Stanley Cup playoffs.
