The Vancouver Canucks took care of the San Jose Sharks in five games, and they're now sitting around, resting, as they await an Eastern Conference opponent. It's no surprise, then, that they're heavy favorites to win the Stanley Cup.

What might be surprising though is that despite a rough showing in Game 6, the Boston Bruins still have better odds of winning it all than the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Bodog.net gives the Bruins 13-to-4 odds, a good deal better than the Lightning at 11-to-2. The Canucks currently have 5-to-11 odds to win the Cup.

The B's chances have taken a bit of a hit since they held a 3-2 series lead, when they were given 2-to-1 odds win it all.

See where all three remaining teams are at now, compared to their odds before the conference finals started, in the table below.

Team Odds to win Stanley Cup at start of conference finals Current Odds to win Stanley Cup
Bruins 5-to-2 13-to-4
Lightning 7-to-2 11-to-2
Canucks 17-to-10 5-to-11

Bodog's odds are reported as fractional odds. For example, if the Bruins' odds of winning the Stanley Cup are 2-to-1, a wager of $1 will result in a win of $2.
