How Many Games Will Bruins Win in Tampa Bay? The Bruins have been a terrific road team all year long. In the playoffs, they've been even better.

The B's will enter Thursday night's Game 3 of the Eastern Conference final in Tampa Bay with an impressive 4-1 road record this postseason.

They've also proven they can win in hostile environments. The Bruins went into the Bell Centre — one of the toughest NHL buildings to play in — down two games, and won two of three road games in that series.

Then, faced with opening their Eastern Conference quarterfinal matchup with the Flyers on the road, the B's responded by winning the first two games of the series down in Philadelphia.

However, the Bruins may now be facing their biggest road test of their playoff run. They are now looking at a pivotal Game 3 at St. Pete Times Forum against a Lightning team that is 5-0 on home ice this spring.

For what it's worth, the Bruins and Lightning split the two games they played in Tampa during the regular season this year.

The B's are in Tampa for a pair of games, with the first (Game 3) on Thursday night and then Game 4 on Saturday afternoon. After trading victories up in Boston, the next couple of games will go a long way in deciding the series.

All we know is that there will be a Game 5 back in Boston. Who will have the upper hand is about to be decided between one of the hottest road teams and one of the better home teams.
