Jordan Caron Recalled by Bruins After One-Game Stint With Providence

Just two days after being assigned to AHL Providence, Jordan Caron is rejoining the big club.

The winger was recalled Monday, Peter Chiarelli announced. Caron registered an assist and finished with a plus-1 rating in Sunday's 3-2 loss to Albany.

Caron, who turns 21 on Nov. 2, has not registered a point in his four games with the Bruins this season. Last year, he posted 3-4-7 totals and a plus-3 rating in 23 games. In 47 games with Providence last year, he posted 12-16-28 totals.

Caron was drafted 25th overall in the 2009 draft.
