According to Buster Olney, the Sox and Marlins have had hasty discussions regarding a possible trade for Miami star infielder and one-time Red Sox shortstop Hanley Ramirez, as seen in the tweet below.

Olney also reports that at least four teams have talked to the Marlins about a possible deal involving the infielder.
