Jeremy Lin would have been able to get by in life without ever blowing up like he has this season in the NBA. There are far worse things that you can fall back on than a degree Harvard.
Lin has taken off, though, and in the process, he’s become an NBA star who happens to have a economics degree from Harvard rather than some financial big shot who just so happened to have a cup of coffee in the Association.
Lin’s success and the ensuing pandemonium dubbed “Linsanity” may be just enough to change the perception of what type of a school Harvard really is.
