Vote: What's Your Biggest Concern for the Celtics Coming Out of Game 2?Having lost the first two games of the Eastern Conference Finals to the Heat, the Celtics find themselves in the undesirable position of having to dig their way out of an 0-2 hole.

Fans were concerned when the Celtics seemingly failed to show up in Game 1, losing 93-79. They lagged behind the Heat and were outmatched at every turn.

While fans can take a bit more comfort in Game 2's overtime loss, there is still plenty to be worried about. Rajon Rondo, who was nearly nonexistent in Game 1, exploded for 44 points, 10 assists and eight rebounds, but it still wasn't enough to beat the Heat.

In Game 1, the Celtics were hit with a few technical fouls that left Boston fans with a sour taste in their mouth and some ugly feelings toward the referees. The pattern seemed to continue in Game 2, with the Celtics being called for seven fouls before the Heat picked up their first. In overtime, the Celtics were awarded two free throws, in comparison to the Heat's 10.

And as Doc Rivers pointed out after the game, LeBron James took 29 free throws in Game 2, while the Celtics only took 24.

Though the Celtics showed marked improvement from Game 1 to Game 2, their efforts weren't quite enough. As the series heads to Boston, what's your biggest concern coming out of Game 2?
