Who Should Be This Week's Amica Pitcher of the Week? The Red Sox had a tough week overall, but the team's pitching staff may have gotten the worst of it.

In a week where the Red Sox went a dismal 1-5 and were swept by the Orioles at Fenway Park for the first time since 1994, no starter was able to last more than six innings on the mound.

Luckily for Boston fans, there were a few steady arms over the six-game stretch that allowed the Red Sox to build some confidence in their bullpen.

Jon Lester had a solid outing against Baltimore on Friday night, allowing just three runs over six innings in the Red Sox' 6-4 loss in 13 innings.

While Lester showed off some good stuff in his outing, the best performances from the Boston staff actually came from the much-maligned bullpen.

Scott Atchison was a workhorse for Bobby Valentine's staff over the week, throwing eight scoreless innings and striking out three in five appearances.

Alfredo Aceves was another pitcher to pitch in a big way over the past week. Aceves struck out 11 of 22 batters in his three appearances, tossing 5 2/3 scoreless innings and looking like the reliable reliever the Red Sox counted on down the stretch in 2011.

In a week with plenty of disappointment, who do you think deserves to be the Amica Pitcher of the Week?
