Hockey Night in Canada‘s intro montages for games have developed a cult following Stateside, and for good reason. The videos always seem to set the tone for a game and series, so with the Stanley Cup Final representing the sport’s biggest stage, the CBC crew was up for the challenge.
Game 1’s edition was full of many memorable moments from the long and storied histories of the two Original Six squads, set to the tune of “Live Forever” by Oasis.
