Even when he isn’t at 100 percent, Uruguayan striker Luis Suarez still makes an impact.
After sitting out of his team’s surprising 3-1 loss to Costa Rica in their World Cup opener, the Liverpool star returned to the field on Thursday against England.
With both teams desperate for a win, Suarez gave his squad some breathing room, netting a beautiful header that beat England goaltender Joe Hart to give Uruguay a 1-0 lead.

The goal marked Suarez’s fourth tally in seven career World Cup games.
