Adam Lallana: Jurgen Klopp’s Words Inspired Liverpool In Win Over Leicester City

Christian Benteke struck just after the hour to secure a 1-0 success — Liverpool’s first victory since Dec. 2 and only the second time Leicester City had been defeated in the Barclays Premier League this season.

The Reds had gone into the game on the back of a four-match streak without a win in all competitions, but they turned in a dominant display right from the start to claim the spoils.

Afterwards, Liverpool midfielder Adam Lallana explained that manager Jurgen Klopp had spoken to his side about what he believed was required for its fortunes to change for the better.
