Agassi revealed Wednesday in a video for “Unscriptd” he played a large part of his tennis career without wearing underwear. Agassi adopted the superstition at The French Open after forgetting to bring his own underwear.

Agassi turned professional in 1986 at age 16 and debuted at the French Open a year later.
He retired in 2006 as one of tennis’ modern greats.
