MLB Network rated the top 100 players in the game right now, and the Boston Red Sox were well represented.

Six Red Sox players earned places on the list, tying the Chicago Cubs, Detroit Tigers and St. Louis Cardinals as the teams with the most representatives. Boston had the most among American League East teams, too, with the New York Yankees and Toronto Blue Jays having five players each and the Baltimore Orioles and Tampa Bay Rays having three each.

Left-hander David Price and outfielder Mookie Betts both cracked the top 50 at Nos. 17 and 49, respectively. Shortstop Xander Bogaerts was No. 59, second baseman Dustin Pedroia was No. 80, closer Craig Kimbrel was 90th and David Ortiz just made it at 96th.

As for the rest of the league, Mike Trout, Bryce Harper, Clayton Kershaw, Andrew McCutchen and Josh Donaldson made up the top five. The Philadelphia Phillies, Atlanta Braves and San Diego Padres didn’t have any representatives on the list.
