It’s time for another American League East spring training showdown.
The Boston Red Sox headed to Sarasota, Fla., on Tuesday to take on the Baltimore Orioles, who are looking for their first win of the spring schedule. The Red Sox, who are 3-3 and already beat the Orioles 8-7 on Sunday, will try to keep the O’s defeated with roster hopeful Roenis Elias on the mound. Right-hander Miguel Gonzalez will start for Baltimore.
