Apparently playing in six consecutive NBA Finals has taken its toll on LeBron James.

Chris Mannix of The Vertical reported, citing sources, that King James is leaning toward bowing out of the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro and forgoing an opportunity for a third gold medal.

The 31-year-old has logged more than 21,000 minutes of action in the last six seasons and playoffs combined. He capped this season with one of the most memorable NBA Finals performances in history, winning Finals MVP and helping the Cleveland Cavaliers overcome a 3-1 series deficit against the Golden State Warriors.

James played a big role on Team USA during the 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympics, as the Americans won gold at both tournaments. LeBron also won a bronze medal in Athens back in 2004.

If James chooses not to play, he’ll join Stephen Curry, Russell Westbrook, LaMarcus Aldridge and James Harden on the list of NBA superstars sitting out this year’s Olympics.
