Like many Boston Red Sox fans, David Ortiz appeared to be pretty happy following the team’s trade for Chris Sale on Tuesday.
And this particular move has the retired designated hitter thinking.
Hours after the Sox acquired the left-handed ace from the Chicago White Sox for four prospects, including infielder Yoan Moncada and pitcher Michael Kopech, Big Papi took to Instagram and delivered a big tease.
Well, wouldn’t that be something?
Ortiz officially retired in November after one of the greatest final seasons in Major League Baseball history.
