How To Follow Every Minute Of Red Sox, Bruins Action On NESN Thursday

Thursday will be an action-packed day for Boston sports fans, and NESN has you covered from before first pitch to well after the final horn.

The Red Sox start things off in their opening day matchup with the Tampa Bay Rays, with coverage starting on NESN at 2:30 p.m. ET. As soon as that’s finished, the Bruins will take on the Tampa Bay Lightning for Eastern Conference supremacy at 7 p.m.

NESN and NESNplus will be working overtime to make sure fans don’t miss a moment.

Here’s Thursday’s programming (on NESN unless otherwise noted)

2 p.m. ET — Wally’s Opening Day
2:30 p.m. — Red Sox First Pitch LIVE
3 p.m. — Red Sox Gameday LIVE
4 p.m. — Boston Red Sox at Tampa Bay Rays*
7 p.m. — Boston Bruins vs. Tampa Bay Lightning**
9:30 p.m. — Bruins Overtime LIVE

*”W.B. Mason Extra Innings LIVE” will air on NESNplus immediately following the end of the Red Sox game.
**Bruins coverage begins with “The Ultimate Bruins Show” and “Bruins Face-Off LIVE” at 6 p.m. on NESNplus. If the Red Sox game runs long, the beginning of the Bruins game will air on NESNplus until the conclusion of Red Sox.
