At 9-1, the Boston Red Sox have gotten off to the best 10-game start in franchise history.
Following Tuesday night’s 14-1 shellacking of the rival New York Yankees, manager Alex Cora became one of four managers since 1900 to win nine of his first 10 games, as the Red Sox appear to be firing on all cylinders to start the season.
How locked in have the Sox been?
Four different Red Sox currently lead the American League in five different offensive categories, and left-hander David Price is tied for the Major League Baseball lead in ERA.
Here’s a full list of stats that shows how dominant the Red Sox have been through the first 10 games:

While it’s just 10 games, the stats are nothing to scoff at.
Boston will look to make it 10 games in a row Wednesday when they send Price to the hill against Masahiro Tanaka and the Yankees.
