JC Jackson Organizes Christmas Toy Giveaway For Kids In Florida Hometown

Jackson has longed to give back to the Immokalee community

JC Jackson in the giving spirit this Christmas and holiday season.

The New England Patriots will travel to Florida this week ahead of their Week 15 matchup against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday at Hard Rock Stadium. It’s a homecoming of sorts for Jackson, who is a native of Immokalee, a town two hours west of Miami.

So, the cornerback decided to do something special for his hometown while visiting during the holidays.

Jackson will hold a Christmas toy giveaway Saturday morning at South Park in Immokalee, according to The Naples Daily News’ Adam Fisher. The 25-year-old is purchasing $5,500 in gifts from Pop Toy, an independent Naples business.

On top of offering Jackson a significant discount, Pop Toy will donate $500 to the cause, too.

“I love my town,” Jackson said. “I know the kids out there, they don’t have a lot. I want to keep giving back and doing things like this for the community.”

He won’t be able to attend the event himself, but Jackson simply is happy to give back to the community.

“I’m in a position now where I can give back to my community,” he noted. “It’s something I’ve always wanted to do. I want to be a voice for the kids out there. I want to give them hope.”

What a guy.
