The Derek Chauvin trial has come to a close, and Minnesota professional sports teams have been quick to react.

Chauvin, a former Minneapolis police officer, was accused of killing George Floyd during a May 2020 incident. He was convicted on all three charges against him: second-degree murder, third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter.
