It will be hard for Saturday’s pay-per-view to top what Nate Diaz and Conor McGregor did in Las Vegas, but the UFC 203 fight card still has plenty of marquee bouts that could become instant classics.
In the main event, UFC heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic will defend his title for the first time when he fights Alistair Overeem in front of his hometown fans at Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. Former champion Fabricio Werdum will try to return to the win column in the co-main event when he faces Travis Browne.
But let’s be honest, former WWE superstar CM Punk, who will make his long awaited MMA debut against Mickey Gall on Saturday, is the main attraction.
The early prelims start at 6:30 p.m. ET, and the FOX Sports 1 regular prelims go at 8 p.m. The main card is set for 10 p.m.
