The Jets signed running back Anthony Kimble as a free agent on Thursday.
Kimble first signed with the Dolphins on May 1 as an undrafted free agent, but he was waived on Aug. 24. A product of Stanford, Kimble rushed for 1,940 yards and 18 touchdowns on 415 carries during his college career. He led the team in rushing in 2006 and 2007.
