Report: Albert Haynesworth Accused of Sexually Assaulting Waitress A tumultuous year for Albert Haynesworth just got much worse.

Less than a month after being charged with assault in a road rage incident, the 29-year-old is reportedly facing sexual assault allegations.

According to NBC Washington, a waitress at the W Hotel in Washington, D.C., has accused Haynesworth of sexual assault. Police are investigating the matter, which Haynesworth's agent, Chad Speck, said has "no truth."

"There seems to be no truth to these allegations," Speck told NBC Washington. "We are currently evaluating facts and considering our own legal action against those involved."

A police report "said that [Haynesworth] tried to pay his bill by giving her his credit card, but he asked if it was OK to stick the card in her blouse near her breast area. She nodded her head yes and, according to the report, she said he then placed the card into her blouse gently, sliding the card further into her left side of the blouse and then started to caress her breast."

Haynesworth signed a seven-year, $100 million contract with the Redskins prior to the 2009 season. Since then, he's missed 12 of 32 games, and his disagreements with Mike Shanahan in the 2010 season, among other things, led to Haynesworth registering a career low in tackles. He played just eight games in 2010.
