How Many Games Will the Celtics-Sixers Playoff Series Go?

For much of the season, it looked like the Miami Heat and Chicago Bulls were on a collision course in the Eastern Conference. That's no longer the case.

The Heat still look poised to make a deep playoff run, but the Bulls have been sent home by the Philadelphia 76ers, who took advantage of Chicago's injuries to set up a date with the Celtics in the second round.

The Sixers would love to pull another upset against the guys in green, but the C's showed plenty of veteran poise throughout their first-round series victory over the Hawks. If Philly is to move within one series of the NBA Finals by disposing of the Celtics, it could take a lengthy battle.

The Celtics head into the series as the favorites, but the 76ers, despite some late-season struggles, proved this year that they have the ability to go toe to toe with Boston. Essentially what this series comes down to — like the Celtics-Hawks series — is athleticism versus experience.
