Report: Josh Johnson Would Cost 'Mark Teixeira-Like' Package of PlayersSo, you wanna pick up Josh Johnson before the trade deadline? Well, it's going to cost you, and it's going to cost you a lot.

The Marlins aren't willing to sell everyone off for cents on the dollar, as CBSSports.com reports that the Marlins are seeking a "Teixeira-like" like package in exchange for Johnson.

In 2007, Yankees first baseman Mark Teixeira, who was then playing for the Texas Rangers, was traded to the Atlanta Braves. Along with Teixeira, the Braves also acquired Ron Mahay in exchange for Elvis Andrus, Neftali Feliz, Matt Harrison, Jarrod Saltalamacchia and Beau Jones. Only Jones, a first-round pick in 2005, has yet to reach the majors.

Johnson is signed through 2013 — he'll make over $13 million next season — and has shown flashes of brilliance in the past. The big right-hander is 6-7 with a 4.14 ERA in 20 starts this season. He also has a history of injury problems.
