Brendan Rodgers Praises Glen Driscoll, Chris Davies and Colin Pascoe, Assistants Worked With LFC Boss at Swansea CityBrendan Rodgers has paid tribute to the backroom staff who have made the journey with him from the Liberty Stadium to Anfield.

Colin Pascoe followed the new Reds boss to continue his assistant manager role, while Glen Driscoll arrived as head of performance and Chris Davies joined as head of opposition analysis.

“They’re very important for me and a key part of how I function,” said Rodgers.

“Colin is in tune with how I want to build and play and knows exactly what the model is.

“He is a very talented coach. He actually made his debut for Swansea at Anfield on his birthday. He was playing up front.

“Colin was an outstanding international player so has experienced both the highs and lows.

“He was a loyal servant to Swansea and importantly he knows how I work and we get on well professionally and personally.

“Glen Driscoll is another vital component of what we’re trying to achieve here.

“Heading up performance, he builds the bridge between the medical and football and science. He also knows my methodology.

“Chris Davis is another very talented guy. He’s my analyst and I’m convinced that one day he will become a manager in his own right.”
