Who needs a slam dunk contest when you can just watch the Los Angeles Clippers?
Jamal Crawford threw an alley-oop up to Blake Griffin on a between-the-legs-pass in midair. Griffin finished off the play with a windmill slam.
Eric Bledsoe kickstarted the play of the year with a steal. Then, Crawford and Griffin had a wide open court in front of them and all the time in the world to pull off the alley-oop. The Clippers went on to beat the Milwaukee Bucks 117-101. Griffin had a triple-double with 23 points, 11 rebounds, 11 assists, one steal and one block.
Between the Clippers’ alley-oops, LeBron James‘ pregame slams and Kobe Bryant‘s newfound hops, this has been a great year for dunks.
