Chris Bosh Not Pleased With Miami Fans Leaving Early, Tells Them ‘Don’t Come to Game 7′

Chris Bosh,Dwyane Wade, LeBron JamesChris Bosh‘s play in the final minutes of overtime in Game 6 sent a message that he would do whatever it takes to extend the series to seven games. But that wasn’t the only message Bosh delivered.

During a media session on Wednesday, Bosh voiced his displeasure with the Miami Heat fans who left the game early when it seemed all but certain that the Spurs had clinched the title.

“For all those guys who left, make sure they don’t come to Game 7,”  Bosh said. “We only want the guys who want to stay. … You never give up. People gave up on us. They can stay where they are and watch the game at home.”

The Spurs were up five with 28 seconds left in regulation when fans began to hit the exits, but the Heat made up the deficit with 3-pointers from LeBron James and Ray Allen, forcing overtime and an eventual Miami victory. When the departed fans heard news of the comeback, many attempted to return in to the arena to watch the overtime but were rejected due to a no re-entry policy.

“You can’t get let back in after you leave,” Bosh said. “I know that. Hell, I’ve been to games. You can’t leave a game and then come back. It doesn’t make any sense. You left. It’s not punishment, that’s protocol.”

Lesson learned, Heat fans.
