Top prospect Jadeveon Clowney could be the first pick in the 2014 NFL draft Thursday, but the South Carolina defensive end got a taste of fame the previous night.
Clowney appeared on the “Tonight Show” with Jimmy Fallon to discuss his college career, the draft and what he’ll buy with his first big paycheck (he said he’d buy his mom a new house).
But Fallon also wanted to see how he’d compare to Clowney in the 40-yard dash, which Clowney ran in 4.53 seconds at the NFL Scouting Combine.
Clowney timed Fallon, and he clocked in at 6.9 seconds. That’s not half bad for a talk show host in full dress attire.
