Landon Donovan has been living life to its fullest since retiring from soccer in December 2014.
Donovan told the world Tuesday that he is engaged to marry his girlfriend Hannah Bartell. Donovan made the announcement in a post on his Facebook timeline. He also updated followers about his other recent activities.
Donovan and Bartell have been dating for over a year-and-a-half, according to TMZ.
Bartell will be Donovan’s second marraige. The U.S. soccer icon was formerly married to actress Bianca Kajlich, but the two divorced in 2011.
In addition to travelling, starting school and popping the big question, Donovan has starred in a Wells Fargo commercial and become the face of Major League Soccer’s re-branded MVP award since hanging up his cleats.
