Football is back and so are the hard fantasy decisions.

Some big names are featured on the NFL’s Week 1 injury report, which is making life tough for fantasy football players. But have no fear. We have all you need to know about the injury status of these players, and some analysis on if you should consider starting them. Check it all out in Friday’s injury report below.

OUT (Obviously don’t start these guys)

C.J. Spiller, New Orleans Saints, running back: His knee injury will sideline him in Week 1, and it is something to monitor going forward.
Todd Gurley, St. Louis Rams, running back: You drafted Gurley knowing he would miss some time early, so be patient while he recovers.
Victor Cruz, New York Giants, wide receiver: Cruz could be a steal if he gets healthy, but for now he’s a no-go.

QUESTIONABLE (Stand by for Sunday’s inactives)

Dwayne Bowe, Cleveland Browns, wide receiver: Bowe doesn’t appear to be a viable fantasy wide receiver anymore, even when he is healthy.
Ladarius Green, San Diego Chargers, tight end: If he plays, Green should get plenty of work as the No. 1 tight end while Antonio Gates serves his four-game suspension.
Alshon Jeffery, Chicago Bears, wide receiver: He is the Bears’ No. 1 receiver now, so keep a close eye on his status for Sunday.
Eddie Royal, Chicago Bears, wide receiver: Royal also has the potential for some big numbers if he plays.
Michael Floyd, Arizona Cardinals, wide receiver: Floyd has a favorable matchup against the Saints and should be considered as a FLEX option.
Tre Mason, St. Louis Rams, running back: If he plays, Mason will be the starter, but he faces a tough matchup in the Seattle Seahawks.
Mike Evans, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, wide receiver: He is playing the late game Sunday, so you might want to consider another option if his injury outlook doesn’t improve.

PROBABLE (Good to go)

Duke Johnson, Cleveland Browns, running back: The Jets have a strong rush defense, so Johnson might not be a good option even if he plays.
Chris Ivory, New York Jets, running back: The Browns don’t have a good rush defense, so Ivory is probably a good choice this Sunday.
Eric Ebron, Detroit Lions, tight end: If you really need a tight end, Ebron could be a good choice.
Randall Cobb, Green Bay Packers, wide receiver: You are starting him. End of story.
Charles Clay, Buffalo Bills, tight end: You might need to hope for touchdowns if you plug Clay into your lineup.
Percy Harvin, Buffalo Bills, wide receiver: The Bills’ offense is full of question marks, and Harvin’s role still is not very clear.
LeSean McCoy, Buffalo Bills, running back: McCoy in a run-heavy offense against the Colts? Enough said.
Sammy Watkins, Buffalo Bills, wide receiver: The Bills’ passing game is a huge question mark, but Watkins still is worth a start.
Travis Kelce, Kansas City Chiefs, tight end: The Texans are a tough matchup for Kelce and the Chiefs.
DeVante Parker, Miami Dolphins, wide receiver: Parker could turn out to be a steal, but probably not in Week 1.
Dez Bryant, Dallas Cowboys, wide receiver: Do you even need to think about this? Start, start, start.
Tony Romo, Dallas Cowboys, quarterback: Of course you are starting him.
