We’re approaching the three-quarter mark of the 2015 NFL season, which means it’s time to make the final additions to your roster before the waiver wire closes prior to the start of your fantasy football league’s playoffs.

Here are the best players to target on waivers this week.

Quarterback: Brock Osweiler, Denver Broncos
Osweiler has put the Broncos in a quarterback dilemma after completing 20 of 27 passes for 250 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday’s win over the Chicago Bears. It was the first time all season a Broncos quarterback did not throw an interception — injured started Peyton Manning has thrown at least one in all nine of his starts, including four in Week 10.

Osweiler is a must-add this week and worth starting in two-quarterbacks leagues. He has two top-tier receivers in Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders, as well as a pair of veteran tight ends in Vernon Davis and Owen Daniels. There’s enough talent around Osweiler in the Denver offense to make him fantasy relevant.

Other quarterbacks to add: Johnny Manziel (CLE), Brian Hoyer (HOU), Jameis Winston (TB)

Running Back: Thomas Rawls, Seattle Seahawks
Marshawn Lynch was unable to play Sunday, but backup Thomas Rawls stepped in and ran for 209 yards and a touchdown on 30 carries. He also caught three passes for 46 yards and a touchdown in one of the most impressive performances of any running back all season.

This really wasn’t a fluke, either. Rawls already had two previous 100-yard games from when Lynch was injured earlier in the season. He’s a must-add this week and worth starting in any type of league format, even if Lynch is active for Week 12.

Other running backs to add: Spencer Ware (KC), Tevin Coleman (ATL), Ahmad Bradshaw (IND), Buck Allen (BAL)

Wide Receiver: Terrance Williams, Dallas Cowboys
You probably drafted Williams as a WR3 and then dropped him when Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo got hurt in Week 2. Well, it’s time to add him again with Romo healthy and back in the lineup.

Williams caught four passes on four targets for 79 yards and a touchdown in the Cowboys’ Week 11 win over the Miami Dolphins.

He hadn’t tallied four catches, 75-plus yards and a touchdown in a single game since Romo’s last appearance. Williams figures to be a larger part of the Dallas offense with Romo back, and he’s a solid WR3 or flex play going forward, especially in PPR leagues.

Other wide receivers to add: Kamar Aiken (BAL), Devin Funchess (CAR), Marquess Wilson (BAL)

Tight End: Vernon Davis, Denver Broncos
Davis caught six passes for 68 yards on four targets in his best game for the Broncos since being acquired via trade from the San Francisco 49ers three weeks ago.

The concern with Davis entering Sunday was playing time, but the Broncos appear willing to use two tight ends. Davis and Daniels led the team in receiving yards against Chicago.

Davis is worth an add in deeper leagues or if you need to replace an injured tight end. However, he doesn’t have too much value outside of PPR leagues because his season-high in receiving yards is just 68.

Other tight ends to add: Brent Celek (PHI), Crockett Gilmore (BAL)
