The Boston Bruins will be without veteran forward Matt Beleskey for more than a month because of a right knee injury.

The team announced Monday night after its 4-3 overtime win against the Florida Panthers that Beleskey is going to be sidelined approximately six weeks.

The injury occurred in Saturday’s 2-1 win over the Buffalo Sabres.

Beleskey, 28, is in his second season with the Bruins. He has scored two goals with three assists in 24 games this campaign.
