The Boston Bruins are on to the Stanley Cup playoffs.

The Bruins had a chance to secure the top seed in the Eastern Conference on Sunday night, but fell to the Florida Panthers 4-2 in their regular-season finale at TD Garden. As a result, the Tampa Bay Lightning now own the No. 1 spot in the East, while the B’s end the season as the No. 2 seed, just one point behind the Bolts.

Boston now shifts its attention to the Toronto Maple Leafs, who will be eager and ready to battle their Atlantic Division rival when the two teams kick off their first-round series Thursday at TD Garden.

Here’s the schedule for the Bruins-Maple Leafs series (all times are Eastern):

Game 1: Maple Leafs at Bruins, Thursday, April 12 at 7 p.m.
Game 2: Maple Leafs at Bruins, Saturday, April 14 at 8 p.m.
Game 3: Bruins at Maple Leafs, Monday, April 16 at 7 p.m.
Game 4: Bruins at Maple Leafs, Thursday, April 19 at 7 p.m.
