The Red Sox Foundation invites fans to celebrate the Red Sox-Yankees rivalry while seated on top of the Green Monster at Fenway Park. The foundation’s annual charitable Monster Mash event will take place on Saturday, August 22, 2009, during the Red Sox game against the Yankees at Fenway Park. The event begins at 1 p.m. and game time for Saturday is scheduled for 4:10 p.m. Tickets range from $150 to $1,500 for the Monster Mash Ultimate Package.
Tickets to Monster Mash come with food prepared by celebrity chef Todd English, access to the ballpark one hour before the gates open to the public, the chance to catch balls hit onto the Monster during batting practice and a special Monster Mash souvenir cap and/or tote bag for guests. This charitable fundraising event benefits the Red Sox Foundation’s children’s programs.
