Darnell McDonald will bat second for the sixth time and Kevin Cash returns to the lineup after a day off when the Red Sox wrap up the first half of the season Sunday afternoon in Toronto.

McDonald, who replaced Mike Cameron after he was ejected in the seventh inning Saturday, has hit .273 with a home run in the second spot in the lineup. Along with Bill Hall and Daniel Nava, McDonald is one of three Boston starters who has never faced Blue Jays right-hander Jesse Litsch.

Among those who have, Adrian Beltre and J.D. Drew are a combined 5-for-14 with a home run apiece. Marco Scutaro, David Ortiz, Kevin Youkilis and Kevin Cash have gone a collective 4-for-23 with six walks against Litsch.

Hall is making his sevventh straight start at second base.

Toronto's starting lineup is .195 (18-for-92) against Sox righty Daisuke Matsuzaka. Designated hitter Adam Lind, who slugged one of the Jays' three home runs Saturday, is 0-for-17 with seven strikeouts.
