There will not be any women running around in lingerie playing tackle football in Oklahoma City.
Oklahoma City Mayor Mick Cornett has dismissed the idea for the Lingerie Football League to setup a franchise in his city.
Cornett said on Thursday that "there are too many problems to list" and that he will not let the LFL play in any city-owned venues.
The LFL is made up of teams with women wearing halter-style tops and tight shorts underneath their football pads. League chairman Mitchell Martaza replied back explaining that the mayor is taking away the freedom of individuals in Oklahoma City to be free to choose which sporting events to attend.
