Michael Jordan, Willis Reed, Paul Pierce Among Top 10 Gutsiest NBA Playoff Performers Rajon Rondo shocked the world on Saturday night at the TD Garden. It's not a stretch to say that, is it?

I should think not. Rondo suffered one of the most gruesome injuries seen in the NBA in recent memory, he popped his left elbow back into place, and he retook the floor in the fourth quarter to play 12 minutes of essentially one-armed basketball. He even dunked once with only one arm.

Where does Rondo's performance rank among the gutsiest NBA playoff games ever played? It's worthy of a spot, that's for sure. But it's far from the only tough performance this league has seen.
